This previous design had almost sold out as we were moving slowly away from the slick and sharp eyewear fashion of the 90's. Shipping: free Express Post within Australia on orders of AU$150 or more (AU$12 regular post under AU$150). Outside Australia, free express post on orders of AU$400 or more (AU$50 flat rate under AU$400). Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Exchanges: we don't offer refunds, but you can exchange full-price eyewear and sunglasses within 14 days of purchase. Email us within 14 days of the purchase date to let us know, then return the item in its original packaging by registered mail. Postage is paid by the purchaser before an exchange item is sent. You can exchange up to three times.
Sale items: generally can't be exchanged. If a single online order totals AU$500 or more, you can make one exchange, with a handling fee of AU$20 within Australia or AU$50 outside Australia. Sale items aren't covered by warranty.
