PT perfect!

This is the 3rd pair of Paul Taylor glasses I have owned. In every case they have been a good fit, despite not being able to try them on as they were purchased online, although I did use the "try on" feature that superimposes the frames on your headshot. I did have an issue with the second pair which were titanium in red and after about 18 months the red coating started to wear off. This should not be a problem with the Janis PT Street frames as like my first pair, they are acetate. I am very happy with the fit, the style and the price and can't wait to have them made up.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

We accept exchange on full priced items only. No refunds are available. If you have or are purchasing a "Sale" item there is no exchange, return, refund or warranty available on these "Sale" items. There is a 14 day exchange policy should you not be happy with your selection for whatever reason. We must be notified by email within 14 days of the purchase date, your intention to exchange within this period. The item must be returned in its original packaging by registered mail. All postage costs will be payable by the purchaser prior to receiving an exchange item. There is a limit of up to three possible exchanges if required.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All Paul Taylor Eyewear & Sunglasses come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty which excludes "Sale" items. There is no warranty on wear and tear. Yes the warranty certainly covers components. Paul Taylor uses the best possible components that are German engineered providing impeccable quality. They will last for decades if treated well.
